Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor in Illinois, this remote position will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care to diverse populations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth, managing a diverse client portfolio
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient assessments and ongoing communication

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States, without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
