Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, focusing on mental health care and treatment planning for a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services via telehealth to clients across various age groups
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• A dedicated home workspace that ensures patient privacy and safety
