Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Counselor in Illinois, the remote position will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care to a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth to clients across various demographics
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient interactions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private and secure work environment for patient confidentiality
