Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Counselor will work remotely, managing client care and treatment planning while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and care coordination

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in a relevant field and current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Counselor in Illinois
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private and HIPAA-compliant workspace while working from home
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
