Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct concurrent reviews of inpatient records (20-25 reviews per day)
Collaborate with coding professionals to resolve mismatch cases
Support new team members through mentoring and onboarding

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with clinical experience in a Level 1 trauma center
Background in critical care, emergency medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics, and trauma cases
Proficient with Nuance and JATA platforms
Less than 4 years of CDI experience
