Key Responsibilities

• Oversee formulary builds and maintenance for various lines of business
• Support operational and strategic business activities related to formulary management
• Review and analyze formulary data to ensure accuracy and compliance with service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Pharmacy License
• 2+ years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
• 1+ years of experience with project methodology
• Demonstrated process improvement and workflow evaluation experience
• Experience with client formulary data analysis
