Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
• Assist in resolving client complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and compute rates and percentages
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
• Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work
