Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, focusing on mental health treatment and utilizing technology to enhance service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals effectively

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and active Illinois licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to maintain a private work environment for HIPAA compliance
