Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to a diverse patient population via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and valid licensure as an Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA standards
