Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, focusing on delivering compassionate mental health care to patients across the lifespan.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while utilizing technology for effective communication

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Ability to maintain a private work-from-home environment compliant with HIPAA regulations
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
