Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, managing a caseload of clients while focusing on mental health treatment and utilizing technology for patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote setting

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Comfortable using telehealth software and other technology for patient interactions
