Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and an opportunity for bonuses.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient assessments and communication

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
