Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, managing client care Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and a focus on mental health treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in Social Work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace while working remotely
