Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and enjoying a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Collaborate with clients to set and achieve personal goals for mental health improvement

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
