Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage patient care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options while contributing to a team dedicated to expanding access to mental health care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Utilize technology effectively for patient interactions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
• Ability to maintain a private workspace compliant with HIPAA regulations
