Job Summary

Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, offering mental health care and support to patients while managing their treatment plans and utilizing technology effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients
• Utilize technology for patient communication and documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private workspace conducive to patient confidentiality
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
