Job Summary

To provide compassionate outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, managing client care while collaborating with a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth, focusing on treatment planning and client goal achievement
• Utilize technology for patient interactions and internal communications, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment strategies and support patient progress

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Ability to maintain a private workspace suitable for telehealth services
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse diagnoses
