Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, managing patient care and treatment planning while adhering to HIPAA regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals
• Utilize technology effectively for patient interactions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work and current Illinois LCSW licensure
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private workspace for patient confidentiality and safety
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
