Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide outpatient services through a telehealth program while working remotely, focusing on mental health care and treatment planning for diverse patient populations.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient mental health services via telehealth to clients across the lifespan
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients to achieve their goals
• Utilize technology effectively for telehealth sessions and internal communications

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish) preferred
• A private work-from-home space that complies with HIPAA regulations for patient safety
