Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options and enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while ensuring patient safety in a remote setting

Required qualifications:

• Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
• Ability to effectively use telehealth software and technology for client communication
