Job Summary

To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work remotely, managing patient care and treatment plans while maintaining a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services to a diverse patient population via telehealth
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
• Utilize technology effectively for patient interactions and internal communications

Required qualifications

• Master's level degree in social work and current Illinois licensure as a Clinical Social Worker
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
• Experience in mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment
• Ability to maintain a private workspace to ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
