Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population

Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work and current licensure as an LCSW in Illinois
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses
