Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide outpatient mental health services remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient mental health services through telehealth platforms
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals and conduct comprehensive assessments
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in social work or related field and active Illinois LCSW licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency preferred
- Comfortable utilizing technology for telehealth and internal communications
