Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Clinical Support Services and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the behavioral health review process for the Family Support Services Program and Utilization Management Quality Program
Conduct quality review activities and ensure timely completion of all cases requiring review
Identify opportunities for improvement and develop educational programs as needed

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois
Bachelor's degree in nursing
3 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse
2 years of experience in behavioral health, utilization management, and/or quality improvement in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of medical/psychiatric terminology and behavioral health service delivery
