Illinois Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part-Time Remote Clinical Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with Illinois licensure requirements
• Help develop supervision structures, documentation standards, and onboarding protocols
• Collaborate with program leadership to ensure clinical practices are evidence-based and trauma-informed

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois licensure as an LCPC or LCSW, in good standing
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience in a behavioral health setting
• Solid understanding of clinical supervision frameworks and ethical practice in Illinois
• Comfort working independently in a remote, early-stage environment
