Job Summary

To support Pelago's Behavioral Addictions program, the full-time Illinois Licensed Clinical Therapist will provide CBT-based telehealth treatment, conduct clinical assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans for members with behavioral health conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured clinical intakes and assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based frameworks
• Deliver CBT and Motivational Interviewing within a structured treatment model

Required qualifications

• Active LPC or LCSW license in good standing
• Licensure in multiple states strongly preferred; LPC compact licensure is a significant advantage
• Clinical experience with behavioral health conditions or strong interest in specializing in behavioral addictions
• Competency in CBT; experience with Motivational Interviewing preferred
• Ability to manage a telehealth caseload independently while collaborating with a distributed clinical team
