Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinic RN Clinical Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical triage for patients, assessing their needs and directing them appropriately
• Manage patient care coordination and follow-up as necessary
• Utilize clinical knowledge to support decision-making in a remote environment

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program
• Must provide a copy of high school diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained
• 2 years of clinical experience in acute or ambulatory care
• Current RN licensure from the State of Illinois
