Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate closings and ensure compliance with closing instructions
• Prepare and review necessary closing documents and ensure accuracy of financial transactions
• Act as a liaison between attorneys and lenders, handling post-closing items as needed

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 3+ years of title insurance experience, particularly with Closing Disclosures and HUD-1 Settlement Statements
• Strong numerical proficiency and ability to balance financial statements
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking skills
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation
