Illinois Licensed Closing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting seasonal volume through Summer 2026, the fully remote Contract Closing Specialist will manage various documents and files throughout the settlement process for the Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and Illinois markets.

Key responsibilities

• Add fees and charges to build Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements
• Coordinate with mortgage lenders to balance Closing Disclosures and obtain necessary loan documents for closing
• Ensure loan documents are prepared accurately to match title documents and balance internal files

Required qualifications

• 1 year of title and closing disclosure experience for Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia, or Illinois
• Experience building Closing Disclosure, Closing Statement, and HUD-1 Settlement Statements
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
