Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coding Educator, HB Coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers educational programs to improve clinical documentation quality
- Collaborates with leadership to identify and implement strategic plans for clinical dashboard improvement
- Analyzes data and conducts audits to create actionable plans and onboard new staff on coding protocols
Required Qualifications
- RHIT, RHIA, or CCS certification
- Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Five years of coding experience in the area of expertise
- Strong personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Educational or training experience
