Key Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers educational programs to improve clinical documentation quality
- Analyzes dashboard and audit data to create action plans for improvement
- Onboards new staff on coding protocols and develops teaching tools for quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- RHIT or RHIA or CCS certification
- Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Five years of coding experience in the area of expertise
- Strong personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Educational/training experience
