- Develops and delivers educational programs to improve clinical documentation quality
- Analyzes clinical dashboard data to identify strategic plans for improvement
- Onboards new staff and creates teaching tools to promote quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- RHIT, RHIA, or CCS certification
- Associates Degree in a healthcare-related field
- Five years of coding experience in the area of expertise
- Strong personal computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Educational/training experience
