Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Collector who must reside in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations
• Perform all tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a positive customer service attitude

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with specific requirements
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 95% of the time
