• Maintain confidentiality while effectively exchanging information over the phone

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with specific requirements
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time
