Job Summary

Illinois Licensed Collections Representative is a remote, part-time position responsible for calling consumers to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure all work complies with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and provide accurate information over the phone

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with a hard-wired connection
• FDCPA knowledge preferred
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 95% of the time
• Normal, corrective vision range and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
