Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Illinois Licensed Collections Representative, the remote position will focus on calling consumers to secure payments on past due accounts while ensuring compliance with collections laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal collections laws
• Maintain accurate records and provide effective communication over the phone

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Access to high-speed internet with a hard wired connection
• Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
• Professional phone etiquette and solid negotiating skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain stationary for 95% of the time
