Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Sr Account Manager to provide service for customer accounts and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex franchise accounts and process related transactions
• Issue insurance certificates, ID cards, and handle billing status and payment issues
• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, and report claims to carriers

Required Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License
• 3+ years of insurance experience preferred
• Independent insurance agency experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
