Job Summary
A company is looking for a Commercial Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate various standard commercial contracts
- Organize, update, and manage internal contract templates
- Provide legal analysis and guidance on various legal issues for internal departments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Juris Doctorate required
- Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within a law firm or as in-house counsel
- Healthcare industry experience preferred, especially in telemedicine, advocacy, or wellness
