Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Title Examiner for Illinois or Indiana (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of commercial transaction projects, ensuring detail accuracy
• Search and examine public records to verify ownership and identify title issues
• Collaborate with underwriters and internal partners to ensure the title process is accurate and efficient

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial title insurance experience in title searching and examining
• Understanding of relevant legal and real estate terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and paperless environment
