Illinois Licensed Commissions Representative

Job Summary

Providing licensing and commission support, the full-time Illinois Licensed Commissions Representative will assist external producers and agencies, ensure compliance with paperwork, and act as a liaison for commission inquiries, all while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Provides licensing and commission support to external producers and internal teams
• Ensures proper completion of contacting paperwork, meeting compliance and processing requirements
• Researches and communicates information regarding commission payments and maintains producer information in the system

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in navigating a computer and web-based programs
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in a professional environment
