Job Summary

To support community associations in Illinois, the full-time Illinois Licensed Community Manager will provide consulting services to the Board, oversee vendor management, and ensure compliance with community regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Consult with the Board and provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice
  • Manage vendor relationships, including oversight of contracts and payments for community services
  • Develop and submit accurate annual budgets, ensuring alignment with the association's goals
Required qualifications
  • Valid Illinois Community Association Manager license
