Job Summary
To support community associations in Illinois, the full-time Illinois Licensed Community Manager will provide consulting services to the Board, oversee vendor management, and ensure compliance with community regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with the Board and provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice
- Manage vendor relationships, including oversight of contracts and payments for community services
- Develop and submit accurate annual budgets, ensuring alignment with the association's goals
Required qualifications
- Valid Illinois Community Association Manager license
- Experience in community management or a related field
- Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes relevant to community associations
- Proficiency in budget development and financial management
- Strong ability to foster relationships with residents and Board members
