Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Compliance Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party consultants for compliance with relevant federal and state regulations
• Prepare, review, and update standard operating procedures for compliance processes
• Monitor compliance obligations under EPC agreements and support project financing diligence efforts

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• 3+ years of work experience in the solar industry preferred
• Solid understanding of the solar industry, with familiarity in community solar and Illinois Shines program a plus
• Proven ability to manage compliance programs and lead audits
• Legally entitled to work in the US
