Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Compliance Manager to ensure project compliance with regulatory obligations and manage third-party consultants.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage third-party consultants for compliance with relevant regulations and track corrective actions
• Prepare, review, and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for compliance processes
• Prepare and submit compliance reports and communicate updates to senior management

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the solar industry, with experience in community solar and Illinois Shines program preferred
• Undergraduate degree required
• 3+ years of work experience in the solar industry preferred
• Proven ability to manage compliance programs and lead audits
• Legally entitled to work in the US
