Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Configuration - Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of configuration analysts to ensure successful delivery of the HealthRules system
- Advise clients as a Subject Matter Expert and ensure timely implementation aligned with project objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor a geographically distributed team to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Five+ years of experience with HealthRules Payor and claims processing systems
- Experience in implementing Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial lines of business
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Experience working with global teams is a plus
