A company is looking for a Manager, Configuration - Implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of configuration analysts to ensure successful delivery of the HealthRules system
  • Advise clients as a Subject Matter Expert and ensure timely implementation aligned with project objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor a geographically distributed team to resolve complex issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Five+ years of experience with HealthRules Payor and claims processing systems
  • Experience in implementing Medicare, Medicaid, or Commercial lines of business
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus
