Responsibilities - Conflicts Attorney

• Review and analyze conflicts reports to identify and resolve potential conflicts of interest for new clients and business
• Conduct conflict analysis on lateral hires and provide summaries of potential conflict issues
• Draft conflict waivers and ensure compliance before opening new client matters

Position Requirements - Conflicts Attorney

• Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Licensed in CA, IL, DC, or NY
• At least three (3) years of Conflicts Attorney work experience
• Knowledge of conflicts of interest software databases
• Experience with iManage or other document management software
