Job Summary
Driving strategic growth, the full-time Illinois Licensed Consult Partner will lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering complex consulting engagements for state, local government, and educational clients, while fostering client relationships and managing financial outcomes in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, enhancing client satisfaction and securing references
- Drive profitable growth through business development, managing signings, revenue targets, and margin expectations
- Lead the design and oversight of complex engagements, ensuring high performance and operational excellence
Required qualifications:
- Experience working in a sales role with SLED organizations and understanding government procurement processes
- Proven track record of leading complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting or public sector environments
- Deep understanding of industry trends, technology, and public contracting laws
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate public sector compliance requirements
- Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
