Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Attorney with remote flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including construction, supplier, vendor, and commercial leases
• Oversee corporate governance, non-profit matters, privacy issues, and business filings and closures
• Provide tax-related legal guidance as needed

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Illinois
• Experience in corporate law, particularly in contract negotiation and corporate governance
• Knowledge of employment litigation and employee benefits is a plus
• Tax experience preferred but not mandatory
