A company is looking for a Corporate Counsel (eDiscovery).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice related to eDiscovery, including data identification, preservation, collection, and review
• Manage eDiscovery workflows and large data review projects
• Offer legal guidance on discovery, data management, and cross-border data transfers in litigation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing litigation and responding to written discovery
• Juris Doctorate degree
• Licensed to practice in the US state with the ability to become licensed in Illinois
• Experience managing eDiscovery workflows
• Experience with complex eDiscovery issues and processes
