Job Summary

A company is looking for a Counseling Services Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides counseling services to patients in the Behavioral Health department
• Serves as a liaison between masters level clinicians and leadership
• Participates in the recruitment process and assists in training new clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois
• 5+ years of experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Ability to lead and reinforce standard workflows and best practices
• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and can work effectively with diverse personalities
