Job Summary

To ensure compliance and effective management of provider licensing, the part-time Illinois Licensed Credentialing Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of provider credentialing and licensing, maintain accurate tracking systems, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of provider licensing, including applications, renewals, and compliance requirements across multiple states
• Monitor state-specific rules and ensure ongoing compliance with licensing boards and credentialing standards
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for licensing and credentialing processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare licensing, credentialing, or clinical compliance
• Strong understanding of state licensing requirements for medical providers
• Experience with credentialing systems or provider enrollment platforms
• Prior experience in multi-state licensing is strongly preferred
• Experience in functional or integrative medicine is a plus
